The object (or former object or wherever we are with that) of McDreamy's affection, Ellen Pompeo, has apparently been hitting the W Jet Set Lounge, and hard. The "Grey's Anatomy" superstar was seen with new hubby, Chris Ivery, backstage hiding out and gettin' glam with model/heiress Lydia Hearst in the Lounge's dressing room.

In other Pompeo news, the actress was also seen in the W Lounge enjoying a platter of Koi sushi. Whatever roe-s your boat!
